PRIVACY
The information provided to 'SleepRite
Furniture' either when placing an order or making an enquiry will be
kept confidential and we will not disclose this information to any other
parties apart from those involved in processing your order/enquiry.
PRICES
All prices are in Australian Dollars ($) and are subject to change
without notice.
DELIVERY
Delivery can be provided in the Perth Metropolitan
area usually on a next day basis. Country deliveries can also be
organised. It is also possible to purchase online and collect your order
from the store closest to you.
All deliveries will be quoted depending on
your location and number of items purchased. If you would like a quote
please contact us letting us know the items
you are interested in and your location.
Our delivery team consists of a two-man team with a 4 tonne truck, which
has a tail lift.
We will
contact you when your order is ready to be delivered and arrange a
suitable time to accept your delivery. Note: Deliveries are made by our
sub-contractors. Hence we cannot guarantee and be responsible for it
whatsoever or for any delay or failing to delivery the products at the
time estimated. The sub-contactors we use are are fully insured and
experienced in all aspect of deliveries.
All orders and delivery must be paid in
full before the goods are despatched.
ORDERING
Your can place an order online. Simply find the
items you wish to purchase, add them to your cart and proceed through
the check out process. If you select delivery we will contact you with a
quote for the additional delivery charge at which point you can either
accept or organise your own.
Alternatively you can use our online
catalogue to make a choice and contact us to
arrange your purchase.
No orders are dispatched until we have
received full payment.
PAYMENTS
Various Payment options are available:
- Direct Bank Deposit.
- Submit a Credit Card Online.
- Phone in Credit Card Payment.
- Pay in person at your closest store.
WARRANTY
We provide a 12 month warranty on all furniture, however some lines
offering a longer warranty period. A purchase receipt is required
for warranty to be valid.
